Design Concept
Racing Seat is a meticulously designed racing simulator that recreates the real-life feeling and driving position of Formula cars.
It was designed as a modular system based on the vision of an commercial instructor pilot, Ákos Kelemen – inspired by both the world of flight simulation and motorsport.
A system has been designed to provide a super-realistic experience that can be progressively expanded, developed and customised.
The base of the Racing Seat is the formula-inspired seat that mimics all the aspects of a real-life racecar and the frame that connects the seat with the pedal-wheel rail. This frame and seat also contain prefabricated mounts for accessories such as seatbelts, wheels or pedals.

Design and construction
Fans of car racing are inherently design conscious. As the Formula Titan was developed for the home, arcades, e-sport bars or even offices, it was designed to be radically functional, yet strikingly sleek and futuristic.
The design deliberately avoids the looks of a chopped up racing car and rather focuses on a unique aesthetics of blending automotive design and gaming. The body parts are made of lightweight carbon fiber and fiberglass, while the frame and rails are made of folded sheet metal for durability.
KELAKO Racing Seat delivers a high-octane experience that puts users right in the driver seat of a Formula racing car.
The system can be easily extended to include:
Bass speakers that imitate engine vibration
Vibrating modules that simulate the sensation of shaking stones.
The device is available with a half or full cockpit enclosure to enhance the realistic driving experience
Award-winning design
KELAKO Racing Seat is a product concept under development, in prototype phase. The product will be launched on the market soon, but has already won the 2025 Red Dot: Design Concept Best of the Best, the prestigious design award's top accolade.
Of the three Red Dot awards (Product, Brands & Communication, Design Concept), Design Concept is the one that focuses on product innovation. The winning projects are not yet in production but have a high potential for the future. There are also prizes for far-fetched, futuristic concepts, but also for so-called Ready-to-Launch projects, which are at a mature stage of development but not yet ready for order. These are judged differently, and KELAKO Racing Seat won in this category.
