Controller for model railways
Complex train tables can be controlled more precisely with apps than with old fashioned control panels. For the joy of model railway aficionados the Viessmann Commander 2 incorporates physical controls with a digital interface, while working as the brain of the system.
Function
Commander 2 communicates via bluetooth with the insertable tablet that runs the controller app. All cables of the train table are leading to and neatly organized in the backside of the control panel.
Design Inspiration
The aesthetics of the product are inspired by the dashboards of today's high-tech locomotives. The buttons are intuitive, their function is evident even without looking at them.
