Brand Design for a Luxury Gentlemen's Shoe Manufacturer

The founders are proud of their skills in traditional craftsmanship which they combine with the modern solutions of the 21st century. As part of the branding process, we helped them to find a name and then built up the complete visual identity, based on the precisely defined core values.

Passus means footprint or step in Latin, but it can be interpreted figuratively as a paragraph or chapter.

Part of the company's philosophy is to constantly challenge ourselves and ask questions. What mark do I want to leave behind? How many steps have I taken/am I still taking? So the whole life journey, the series of our decisions is included in this word.

The main color of the brand is a natural dark brown, which evokes the unspoiled beauty of leather. We complemented this shade with timeless and elegant dark blue and gold representing luxury.
